Mini Portrait Session
The mini portrait collection is designed to keep things simple and is for an ‘update’. This package is for a maximum amount of 3 people, minimum age is six months due the session duration being a maximum of 30 minutes.
Inclusions: 5 edited digital images of your choosing, online gallery download link, 1 outfit (studio wardrobe or your own), one 5 x 7 inch fine art print in 8 x 10 inch professional matting.
Please note that no unedited/RAW images are supplied for download, you are investing in a completed product that is edited, rather than incomplete images.
Silver Portrait Collection
The popular silver portrait collection is a package with a generous amount of digital images along with prints. This package is for a maximum amount of 6 people, and the session duration is up to 60 minutes. Minimum age four months old.
Inclusions: 15 edited digital images of your choosing, online gallery download link, 2 outfits (studio wardrobe or your own), two 5 x 7 inch fine art prints in 8 x 10 inch professional matting.

Gold Portrait Collection
This collection is designed for an extended session or for a bigger family. With a maximum amount of 12 people and up to 1.5 hours, this collection is fantastic if you want to get the gang together. Add on an extra person for just $30 if it is over the maximum person limit. Minimum age four months old.
Inclusions: 30 edited digital images of your choosing, online gallery download link, five 5 x 7 inch fine art prints in 8 x 10 inch professional matting

Prices and packages are subject to change unless a non-refundable retainer is paid. Packages, including complimentary prints or included products cannot be swapped or removed. Packages are a whole. Once expired they cannot be swapped, transferred or credited.
All bookings booked via our website require an upfront payment of $150 (which is our non-refundable retainer included with every package) to secure your booking. The remainder of your package can be paid one week before your booking, unless your booking is within this period. The non-refundable retainer cannot be refunded however can be transferred to another person, booking or a new date pending conditions within your agreement.
We pride ourselves in creating a flexible cancellation policy. Due to the nature of having children and every day being different, you may reschedule your booking to a new date up to 3 hours before your session (ACST) via contacting us on mobile or Facebook messenger. In the case of cancellation, your non-refundable retainer will be credited to be used on any services for up to 12 months, as long as it is within our policies. Further details will be sent to you via a booking agreement. This term is advertised publicly to help you make a decision on booking due to the upfront payment.

When hiring a professional photographer, you are not investing in ‘all’ of the images; you are investing in a complete image. This means you will not be able to request or purchase the unedited images; similar to asking for an undone canvas from a painter. As photographers, we have a reputation to uphold as well as strict professional standard; this means our images are to be complete when supplying to all clients.

Our rescheduling policy is very flexible; being only a maximum of three hours before your session time. You must text or Facebook message us (details supplied on your invoice) if you choose to reschedule. This includes if you believe you may be late. We are generally very flexible to change dates for you as long as you notify us by the cut off time.

To keep packages affordable and stick to timelines, each has a minimum age limit as they are not designed for newborn babies due to the shorter time period. There are person limits due to our belief in quality over quantity and this is in place to prevent multiple family groups booking the cheapest package; which will not be appropriate for such a short session time.

A wardrobe for children is available with a selection of styles for children in sizes 00 to size 12, and wardrobe for women (dresses only) from sizes 6 to 16. Mens shirts are also available in S,M,L,XL and 2XL.
Please note that the wardrobe is optional and a complimentary addition. Some styles may not be for everyone, and no footwear or women’s/ mens pants are supplied.
If clothing is desired from the wardrobe, clients must change into the clothing at the commencement of the session (no rental of the studio wardrobe is available).
Each session collection may have limitations in how many outfits you can wear.
