Please note that no unedited/RAW images are supplied for download, you are investing in a completed product that is edited, rather than incomplete images.
*This session is a mini session, therefore maximum of four people are permitted from the same family per session - (combining multiple children from different families, such as cousins, is not permitted due to the short time the sessions are - if you wish to combine multiple families or children, please contact us to book a double session). One extra person can be added to the session for $30, from the same family. Pets may be approved subject to advance approval, and must be fully house trained (pet cleaning fees may apply). Full payment of the sale price is required to confirm the booking, which includes the non-refundable retainer of $129. The non-refundable retainer cannot be refunded however can be transferred to another person, booking or a new date pending conditions within your agreement. The promotional offer cannot be used with any other offer, credit, discount, voucher or deal. Additional digital images can be purchased at $30 each or 5 for $100.
We pride ourselves in creating a flexible cancellation policy. Due to the nature of having children and every day being different, you may reschedule your booking to a new date up to 3 hours before your session (ACST) via contacting us on mobile or Facebook messenger. Dates are pending photographer availability due to limited Christmas mini sessions available.

When hiring a professional photographer, you are not investing in ‘all’ of the images; you are investing in a complete image. This means you will not be able to request or purchase the unedited images; similar to asking for an undone canvas from a painter. As photographers, we have a reputation to uphold as well as strict professional standard; this means our images are to be complete when supplying to all clients.

Our rescheduling policy is very flexible; being only a maximum of three hours before your session time. You must text or Facebook message us (details supplied on your invoice) if you choose to reschedule. This includes if you believe you may be late. We are generally very flexible to change dates for you as long as you notify us by the cut off time.

To keep packages affordable and stick to timelines, each has a minimum age limit as they are not designed for newborn babies due to the shorter time period. There are person limits due to our belief in quality over quantity and this is in place to prevent multiple family groups booking the cheapest package; which will not be appropriate for such a short session time.

A wardrobe for children is available with a selection of styles for children in sizes 00 to size 12, and wardrobe for women (dresses only) from sizes 6 to 16. Mens shirts are also available in S,M,L,XL and 2XL.
Please note that the wardrobe is optional and a complimentary addition. Some styles may not be for everyone, and no footwear or women’s/ mens pants are supplied.
If clothing is desired from the wardrobe, clients must change into the clothing at the commencement of the session (no rental of the studio wardrobe is available).
Each session collection may have limitations in how many outfits you can wear.
