When hiring a professional photographer, you are not investing in ‘all’ of the images; you are investing in a complete image. This means you will not be able to request or purchase the unedited images; similar to asking for an undone canvas from a painter. As photographers, we have a reputation to uphold as well as strict professional standard; this means our images are to be complete when supplying to all clients.

This business runs full time, and with a limited number of places available weekly for certain session types to ensure smooth-running of the business as well as quality control. We are unable to ‘pencil’ in a booking as this prevents prospective clients booking in the time slot. We spend much time before, during and after a session on each client in the background.

By paying the retainer, you are locking in your booking and guaranteeing your place chosen. Once bookings are full, clients who have not paid a retainer will have to resort to a waitlist or booking in at a later stage when an appropriate session date becomes available.

Our rescheduling policy is very flexible; being only a maximum of three hours before your session time. You must text or Facebook message us (details supplied on your invoice) if you choose to reschedule. This includes if you believe you may be late. We are generally very flexible to change dates for you as long as you notify us by the cut off time.

To keep packages affordable and stick to timelines, each has a minimum age limit as they are not designed for newborn babies due to the shorter time period. There are person limits due to our belief in quality over quantity and this is in place to prevent multiple family groups booking the cheapest package; which will not be appropriate for such a short session time.

A wardrobe for children is available with a selection of styles for children in sizes 00 to size 12, and wardrobe for women (dresses only) from sizes 6 to 16. Mens shirts are also available in S,M,L,XL and 2XL.

Please note that the wardrobe is optional and a complimentary addition. Some styles may not be for everyone, and no footwear or women’s/ mens pants are supplied.

If clothing is desired from the wardrobe, clients must change into the clothing at the commencement of the session (no rental of the studio wardrobe is available).

Each session collection may have limitations in how many outfits you can wear.

Grandparents are welcome, as long as the maximum person rule is not exceeded. In this case, a $30 per person fee applies - which includes one extra digital image per person. Please note that children are also apart of the limitations.

Each collection states ‘up to’ (for example, up to 3 newborn set ups) as we cannot guarantee that all set ups will be achieved in the time period. The set up limit and time has been carefully calculated based on average achievement of set ups within the time period over several years of photographing newborns. Your baby may not like a particular set up, and we will aim to change this set up pending time left in the session; however, while rare, we may only be able to achieve up to a certain amount. No extensions of time, refunds, reshoots or credits apply for poses not achieved.
